Career Readiness Minor

MTSU offers the Career Readiness Minor to position students for success in their future careers. This 15 credit hour minor requires courses to help develop in-demand knowledge and skills, as identified by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE):

• Oral/Written Communication

• Critical and Analytical Thinking

• Equitable Practices and Global/Intercultural Awareness

• Leadership, Teamwork, and Professionalism

• Technology
